【添削課題６】

●　次に英文を読み、賛成と反対のどちらかの立場から自分の考えを90 語から110 語程度の英語で答えなさい。なお、提出に際してはそれぞれ両方の立場を書いてもかまいません。

　There has been a proposal that Kyushu District declare its independence from Japan. As the People's Republic of Kyushu, the island would collect its own taxes, make its own laws, write a new constitution, and establish independent diplomatic, educational and economic ties with the rest of the world. The Kyushu Parliament, situated in Fukuoka, would be created through democratic elections. Write a letter in English to the local newspaper arguing for or against this proposal, explaining fully the reasons for your opinion.
